A passionate equestrian and animal lover, Leandra has adopted out hundreds of ex-racehorses, helping them find new lives beyond the racetrack. When not managing operations, she cherishes time with her little boy and enjoys exploring new adventures while staying connected to her community.

Tanner is our Claims Manager, bringing his infectious energy and big smile to every project he handles. When he's not guiding clients through repairs or insurance claims, you’ll find him at the water’s edge, fishing—though he's more likely to be yelling at the fish than actually catching them! Tanner’s combination of expertise and enthusiasm makes him a true asset to our team, always ready to tackle challenges and bring positivity to every situation on goes here.

Yolanda, our dynamic Client Manager, was born and raised in California. Bilingual and always ready to assist in both English and Spanish, Yolanda is a bridge between cultures and a true asset to our operations. Outside of work, she’s an avid lover of the outdoors, finding joy in nature and the peaceful moments it offers. Music is another one of Yolanda’s passions, always adding a soundtrack to her life. And, if there’s one thing she can’t resist—it’s avocados! Yolanda’s vibrant energy and love for life shine through in everything she does, making her an essential part of our team.

Joshua utilizes 9 years of expertise in claim consulting and management as well as project management. His duties encompass providing strategic consulting for commercial & Residential claims, overseeing the claims process with a proficient team, advocating for clients, and contributing to industry leadership in commercial claims & project management.

Originally from Carlisle, KY, Adam is incredibly resourceful and has personally completed numerous projects, making him the perfect fit for managing complex roof repairs. Outside of work, Michael stays busy with his wife, kids, a dog, and two cats—and somehow still finds time to hit the stage as a professional stand-up comedian. Jerome Wilson is a dedicated member of the Thoroughbred Roofs team and a proud U.S. Navy Submarine Veteran. With a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and calm under pressure, Jerome brings the discipline and reliability he honed in the Navy to every project he takes on. His commitment to excellence and teamwork makes him a trusted presence both on and off the roof.

In his free time, Jerome enjoys working on motorcycles, diving into hands-on projects with the same precision he brought to his military service. Most of all, he values quality time with his family, always making space for the people who matter most.

Brian Staples, our inspector, plays a crucial role in our roof repair processes. While we now utilize drones for inspections, Brian's expertise remains invaluable.
